These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the JK Design Build website at jkdesignbuild.net (the "Site"), which is operated by JK Construction Group LLC ("JK Design Build", "we", or "us"). Project Information
Project descriptions, images, and references to past work are provided for illustrative purposes. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results. Project scope, schedule, and pricing for any new engagement will be governed solely by a separate written agreement between you and JK Design Build.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. JK Design Build does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that information presented is accurate, complete, or current at all times.
